This one day intensive will focus on how to discover and grow what
is life-giving to you and the communities in which you live.
Who Should Attend? This program is ideal for Vestry members,
Congregational Vitality Leaders, and all church leaders of:

to discover and grow their purpose and mission.

transition and are seeking new Rectors.

Churches that need
to embrace the future rather than run from the past.

to grow in the love and joy of being Children of God.
In this program you

essentials of appreciative inquiry.

Learn how to ensure
change is a sustainable blessing and not a curse.

appreciative strategies for dealing with problems.

about stewardship and fundraising.
